hotpix dialler

I have a ‘hotpix’ dialler which I can’t remove from the PC, downloaded from the internet. I have searched the registry and for files called hotpix, and I managed to get a message, ‘hotpix has been uninstalled.’ But then it came back. How do I getrid of it?
