Hotsync for Admin but not user

Hi,

I installed a PDA (Palm m100), which uses Palm m100 v3.1.1 software. It will sync logged in as an administrator, when the user logs in, it will will not sync. I get the following error message “Error: Invalid configuration, terminating the Palm Desktop” when I try to open the Palm desktop software. I’m running Windows NT 4.0. The user doesn’t have admin rights on her pc. Any sugggestions. thank
