How Can I Change NT Logoff Text Message?

by robert.gulledge1 . Updated 24 years, 8 months ago

My boss wants me to change the text message displayed in Windows NT 4 Workstation that says “This Will End Your NT Session” and gives you a “Yes” or “No” option.

He wants a different text message placed in it that asks if office workers have completed their timecard information before going home for the day.

Is there a way to make the text change in the registry (like the option where you can put text messages during Logon)? Or do I need to create my own VB-compiled logoff app to do the job?

If the answer is a VB-compiled executable, does anyone have the source code that I could use, change, and compile?

Thanks in advance…..
