How can I get my WIN2K back into the MBR

My CMOS battery went out, and I lost my WIN2K option in dual boot(I run WIN98 and WIN2K dual boot). It boots into 98 fine, but does not give me the choice to boot into 2K. I have also found that the NTLDR is missing now (not sure why). Can I get my dual boot back without having to reload
