How can I move W7 install to SSD ?

I just got a 120Gb SSD from my employer (nice guys really…) and the trouble I think I will have is that my current HD is 160Gb.

I already have changed the Partitions so that the “used space” is less than 120Gb…..but the best way of transferring this would then be……….?
