HOW CAN I RECOVER MY ENCRYPTED FILES

I have a problem with decryption of a file. I had encrypted a file on my windows 2000 professional machine which was connected with my domain. I logged on the machine through a domain admin account and encrypt some files on local hard disks. After some days due to some problem I reinstalled windows 2000 professional on my client machine but now when I want to decrypt all those encrypted files an access deny message occur again and again , even though I had done all tasks like making EFS recovery agent but all in vain , so freinds please help me to solve this problem.
