How do I configure IIS to support JSP?

I run my own Intranet for my company, so I handle all of the IIS administration. I have usually just used Active Server Pages for my web development, but I also am teaching myself JSP. How do I make sure that my Intranet (Windows NT Server, IIS 4.0) supports Java?
