How do I disable msg at Logon time?

How do I disable message “Netware compatible shell is not available”? I see this when rebooting the PC and I just click OK to this warning reminder all the time, all the time, all the time, so how do I disable seeing this, all the time , all the time,.. You get the point. Thanks!
