How do i enable (office 97) spelling?

Check spelling is disable. The account that i am using belongs to the USERS group. I dont want to give administration rights to the account in order to enable spelling. Is there any other way to enable spelling(Microsoft office 97) using the accountthat belongs to the USERS group?
