How do i get MSN and MSN Messenger to…..

Since starting to use a router for my AOL connection I have have a problem where I can’t log on to MSN. I have sort of been told that MSN doesn’t support routers but there is a way round this.

Does anyone know how to configure MSN to work with my router? Something to do with proxy servers.
