How do I get office XP to run properly n

I installed office xp on a Windows 2000 computer logged in as the administrator. After the end user logs in under her username Microsoft office does not run, only the Windows installer pops up on an attempt to install office xp again. Once I log inas the administrator office XP runs normally. How do I get office XP to run properly no matter who is logged in?
