How do I install a network printer to mu

Sometimes I have to add a new system to an existing network with multiple users. When I add a new machine, is there a way I can add a network printer so that it shows up on all users?
So far the only answer I have found is that local printers showup on all users but networked printers show up only on the profile it was installed on.
