How do I keep the same profile settings?

I would like Anyone who logs into my XP computer to have the same exact settings as my admin account not the rights of course but the wallpaper, screen saver etc.
The computer is part of a domain but we do not have active directory it is a NT 4.0 Is there a way this can be done?
