How do I Login to a Windows NT Domain

I have been using Windows 95 and have both a Novell Netware Client and a Client for Microsoft Networks in my network settings. The network properties for the Microsoft Client allow me to Logon to a Windows NT Domain, to define the Domain Name, and to Logon and restore network connections.
I am setting up a Windows XP and want to have the same Network Functionality. I can point it to the correct Novell Server but cannot find XP’s version of the Properties for the Microsoft Client that allows me do define like 95 does.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
