How do I make a WinXP look like Win2000

I would like to begin rolling out Windows XP systems. My users are only used to Windows 98 and Windows 2000. I think that the XP interface will be a little to taxing for them. I would like to make the XP desktop, folders and start menu look like theWindows 2000. Also how do I set XP to put the My Computer Icon and the Network Neighborhood Icon on all users desktop?
