How do I Remove a windows login Password from my labtop hard drive.

I want to attach my laptop hard drive via usb to another computer and access my files. But I have a windows login password. Is there a way to remove this password when the hard drive is attached to another computer via usb. Take note the original laptop is not working (sony PCG-GRT- 250p).
