How do i remove write protection from my pen drive?

I have a pen drive which i was using and it was working al right.Suddenly when i try to format or delete a file or folder in it, it will tell me that the drive is write_protected and i must remove the write protection before.I have done everything possible to no avail.Please, help me for i don;t know what to do again.
