How do I set up dialin internet sharing?

I have a cable modem on my Win2K machine. I am trying to set it up so that I can dial in with my Dreamcast to access the internet. It seems to work at first, but then the dreamcast reports ‘Unable to contact host, could not look up it name’. Sounds like a domain name server thing, but I haven’t been able to figure it out.
