How do I uninstall RedV Easyinstall?

I tried to download NetSonic for faster internet but what I got was RedV Easyinstall. I can’t remove it through the Add/Remove, I can’t delete it and it doesn’t have an uninstall.exe because it says it is on and I can’t find a way to shut it off. Help me please.
