How do I upgrade my WINNT

How to upgrade windows NT 4.0 so that It can have certain features of win98 such us log off option on start menu or click a maximized widows and it is immediately minimized. I found it some where on winnt and I’ m wondering how to do this what are other necessary utilities to upgrade winntbut not to win 2000
