How do you download “all” of MS-IE5?

I need to download Internet Explorer for a user. However, the user can not connect to the Internet. Microsoft’s download page only downloads and installs software on the machine that is doing the download. I need to download a full copy of IE5.5,put it on the network and install it on my users machine. How do I download a full copy of IE5.5 from Microsoft that can be used to install on another users machine?
