how do you get ride of password screen

I have a win 95/98 comp. which has a windows login screen pop-up… i need to totally get ride of this so windows loads and the start-up programs load. I have a paraplegic who is trying to use this machine in a home invirenment and need the voice activated software to load (he cant touch the computer keyboard to hit the escape key to by-pass the password) thank you in advance for you response to my delema.
