How do you make a application a service

I want to create a login script to have winpopup to automatcially open and minimize…I have this alreayd figured…but now I thought, I don’t want the user to open it and start chatting with everyone on the network when they should be working..so my question is how do I make the winpopup.exe a application to become a service instead and then it will be minimized in the taskbar where the clock is or can I have it run in the background without the user knowing?? Need help. thanks in advance.
