How do you uninstall Windows 2000 games?

I have a Windows 2000 Pro workstation. I need to delete the games that came with the system (i.e. FreeCell, Solitare, etc…). If I delete the files directly from the System32 and System32\dllcache folder. They come right back. In other words, the OS automatically restores them. There are no uninstall features for these items under the Add/Remove software. How can I delete these games or files?
