How much can my NT server do ?

by jsarinana . Updated 24 years, 10 months ago

I have a HP LC2000 which is a Intel 866 mhz 256 ram, scsi raid 5 hot-swap, redundant nic, power & scsi controller. NT 4.0 computer for 25 users.

I use it as my PDC, it also has a internal post office Microsoft Mail and is sharing a folder of about 9gb (usually running about 75% full)

I’m also using the DLC protocol for print server for one HP color plotter

It’s setup to do redundancy of my login scripts to my BDC

The computer works just fine and also does archives for me at night.

Question ?

I am thinking of moving more printers over onto this server

1 HP LaserJet 5000 (mono)
1 HP LaserJet 2100 (mono)
1 HP Plotter 600 (mono)
1 HP DeskJet 1120C (Color)

Would this be to much of a load on this computer ?Any suggestions or feed back would be greatly appreciated…
