How restore dialup shortcut Win98->Wi

How can I restore dozens of dialup shortcuts from Dialup Networking in Win98 to Dialup Networking in Windows 2000.
I loaded a Win98 shortcut definition file in the 2000 registry(message: succesfully installed), however no icons appear!
