How to be MS partner? Or anybody else’s?

Some questions for those who own your own biz
or work for solution providers.

What are difference level of being partner
with MS or others? I know there is gold. What
else? Where can I get more info as well as
contact info. Also, what about other
partners, like CompTIA certified service
provider?

I am NOT asking for how to get certified. I
want to know how many MCSE I would need to be
MS partner, for example? Also what are the
benefits? How much discounts on software and
on what level?

Another thing is anybody know the overview or
detail process of getting incorporated in
Missouri.
