How to boot from new hard disk?

Hi,
I have a Dell Dimension Desktop 3100 with Windows XP.It has a 160GB hard drive.receently I bought a new hard drive,Seagate SATA 160 GB hard drive with Windows NT Server.I want to boot from
this hard drive,but I don’t know how to do it?
Please help me.
