How to change company name – Word97 docs

Hi all,
I recently changed companies and would like to reflect that change in the file properties of all my Word97 documents. I looked under ‘tools’ ‘options’ ‘user information’ and it will allow me to change my user name but not the company name. I even searched the registry for the old company name and replaced it with the new but it didn’t change the Word file properties. Any ideas would be appreciated.
