how to change my active patition

hi,
i need to now how to change my active patition from patition 2 to patition 1 without affecting the operating system, if it can be done the show me how? please !!!!!!!!!!!!! .the computer intalls everything in the d: but it should be the c: so please try to show me a way to do that .

i need to regenerate my hard drive because when you input info into it , it recognise it but when it is switch of and turn on again it can’t read it so i need a software to do that because my hard disk is very important to me so please help me.
