how to cluster

hello everyone,

i really need a mentor to guide me on step by step on clustering.
here is the scenerio. we have two datacenter and they are separated by a distance of 450 meters. they are suppose to mirror each other and thus be cluster aware.
we have 2 servers on each datacenter and we are installing windows 2000 advance server in them.
server 1 will run windows 2000 exchange and server 2 will run windows sql 2000.

i have no idea on how to cluster these servers and have only recently read up on the technology. word out on the streets is clustering is no walk in the park.
the problem is my boss just promised the clients heaven without even thinking if its possible.

and guess what, im the one whos gotta figure it out.

please help out…i need a mentor who can take me step by step.
