How to “Command/Y/C batch” in NT?

In Windows ’95 or in DOS I can debug a batch file by
entering a command : command/Y/C batch-to-debug.
But In Nt I can’t. Is there any way to debug batch command files in NT,
without adding pause commands and removin @echo off-command?
