How to create NTFS boot CD?

I rendered my laptop HDD unbootable using Partition Magic and I do not have a floppy drive. I figure the only way to gain access to my HDD is to boot to an NTFS boot CD. Could someone provide detailed instructions how to do this or suggest anotheroption? Thanks, Matt
