How to delete files within cabs

Hi,
I cannot quarantine or delete two files that Norton Virus 2003 finds. They are located within cabs. The path that
Norton gives me is C:\windows\sysbckup\rb000.cab and C:\windows\sysbckup\rb005.cab. How do I remove these files. The file is win.ini in both cabs.
