how to delete the service partition in lenovo3000 C200

Hi all,
can anyone suggest me a way to safely erase the service partition in lenovo 3000 C200 model? I already have the recovery CD set, so I want to claim this 4.3GB back (mine is only a 40GB laptop).besides, the service partition workspace is erroneus and limited on C200 models.the partition is hidden in preload (C:).
