How to eliminate the “Log into Windows”

I have an HP Omnibook laptop system (Pent-166) running Win-95. When the system boots up it always has the “Log onto Windows” window come up asking for a useid and password. Don’t really need to have this window come up every time.

Question: What can I do to eliminate the login
window from appearing each time the system boots?
Do you have to change something in the registry in
order to accomplish this?
