How to enable my menu extra

I want to write my own menu extra enable.
So please tell me the steps to write the menu extra enabler .
I have already created my menu extra and for displying that menu extra
i am using the third party menu cracker and now i want to write my own
menu cracker which enable my menu extra on all mac machine.
