How to fix bad wave files?

I got some bad wave files and I want to get them fixed. Can someone tell me how?

I think the bad wave files caused by Norton Disk Doctor, which made the wave files fragments after I run the Norton Disk Doctor. Can any people tell mehow to undo the Norton Disk Doctor?
