How to Install Borland Complier

I am a novic in C++ and I’m trying to run a complier using Notepad, and the Command prompt,
However, I created the bcc55.cfg,ilink.cfg in the bin folder,save a file called CPPFiles.
then in the cmd the files exist but I having problem running theexecutable file by using bcc32.
What is wrong?
ur help will be apperciated.
