How to mirror drv w/ network pol setting

How to I change the network policy settings
in windows 2000 server to mirror drives?
I have 2 drives, on a scsi cable, drive 1 is dynamic, when I go to mirror the 1st to the second the mirror option is shaded, without it as a option. any suggestions?
