How to modify mycomputer property window

In fact there are too many things that are customizable in windows ,it is why I would like to know some of them like my computer properties window that appear when you select property of my computer on a drop down menu when you have right clicked. If you know other customizable areas don’t hesitate to inform or tell me where I can find more info on this topic.
