How to monitor bandwidth cosumption

I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I can gather some statistics on the bandwidth that is being consumed by our users using accessing steaming video and audio resources from the internet. I would like to get the statistics to build a case for blocking unsuitable steaming content (i.e. streaming radio, you tube, etc.) By the we are currently using ISA 2003.
