How to, multiple instances of a printer?

I am running a small NT 4 single domain. My accountant wants to be able to have multiple instances of the same printer (we only have one), each with different settings attributed to it so as to have a virtual printer for checks, statements and so on. Is this possible and if so how? (Sort of a reverse printing pool)
