How to publish nework-attached printer i

Hi All,
Does anyone know how to publish network-attached printer in Active Directory without setting up print server?
I have HP 4000TN with ethernet card.
I don’t want to use any servers as print server.
I can install driver on any client, create TCP/IP port and print.
But is there any way to publish it in Active Directory? Through scripting or whatever.
