How to re-map drives in roaming profiles

Currently I have mapped drives on W2k clients (who use roaming profiles) to a W2k file server. The mapped drives were made manually and then the roaming profiles were copied as I made new user accounts. I want to install a new W2k file server with anew name which will replace the current W2k file server. Can I re-map the drives from the server end (maybe using some kind of utility) to avoid re-mapping each roaming profile at every workstation with the client logged on?
