how to recover a fat32 deleted pattition

ok, fair enough i have been stupid.i had use windows 2000 advance server so that i can boot with it, and two harddrives in my pc. i wanted to format the other , but i had accindental the other which has my winme fat32 partition. when i realised thati have deleted to wrong partition i did continue, i had left the drive without creating a new partition, so i was just wondering if can be able to restore the parttion i had.
