How to Recover Files Encrypted Using Windows XP??

Hi all,
Recently I re-installed my Windows XP after formatting Windows Partition but I forgot to decrypt my encrypted folder. Also I had also not taken backup of my security certificates and keys. Now the problem is that, the encrypted data has a lot of important data which I need at any cost! I cannot decrypt that folder as Windows says “Access Denied”. I still remember my previous account’s password, GUID and other necessary Details. Is there any way to create a new user account using the GUID of previous account’s GUID. Also is it possible to create those encryption keys using account’s GUID and password. Kindly help. I am desperate. I can also pay for recovery of those files.
