How to remove Outlook Express?

How can I remove Outlook Express from my default user profile?

I work with a Windows NT 4.0 Domain and a Windows 2000 server with Terminal Services installed. The Profiles resides on the Windows 2000 Terminal Server.
The Outlook Express icon apears in the Quick Launch and under Programs. I know how to remove these icons, but I don?t want them created in the first place.
Can anybody help me?
