how to remove windows games completely

how can i remove windows games from windows 2000 pro? ex: solitaire, pinball, mines and freecell? when i delete them or rename the exe file you can still type in the run sol.exe and it will still bring solitaire up…i can search pc for all sol.exeand remove them or even rename them and they wcan still type at the run command sol.exe and it will bring solitaire back up. i want to prevent my users from doing this..is there a way to completly remove the games or better yet how can i prevent access to them through mmc?
