How to restore SYSVOL to single DC?

This question is a continuation of a previous one: I currently have a single DC on a straight Win200 network. I have totally lost my SYSVOL share. I tried running netdiag /fix, to no avail (per previous suggestion). How can I gracefully restore the system share to SYSVOL with the least amount of risk?
